School Info
The school director enters information in this section, which contains general information about the school such as the school's mission, hours of operation, forms and school events.

Photo Albums
School directors, teachers and parents can upload, share and/or order prints of photos and yearbooks as well as cups, shirts magnets and calendars with their picture of choice on them.

Online Calendar
Displays school events, holidays and reminders. Parents have the option to print the calendar.

Message Board
School staff may upload quick reminders and messages regarding activities and events that will take place at the preschool.

Email Reminders
Parents are reminded of scheduled events and deadlines on a regular basis through e-mails sent automatically from the preschool.

Content Approval
Preschool directors have the option to require their approval of content submitted by all, some, or none of the teachers before it is made available to parents. The Content Approval view enables school directors to approve, edit, reject, or delete items.

User Management
Activit-e provides a complete database of students, teachers and administrators. Preschool directors can easily move children and teachers from one class to another, approve or delete users, track form submissions (registration, immunization and others) and more. Preschool directors also have the ability to extend the user list and add such functions as tracking the dates of the children's immunizations.

Mailing List
This section features a full classroom list, inclusive of phone numbers and the ability for parents in a given classroom to email each other as well as school staff. Note: Email addresses are neither transparent nor shared on the list.

Let's Play
The Let's Play section is where the fun begins outside of the preschool classroom for parents and their children. Enjoy quality time with your child by participating in preschool age-appropriate games and activities crafted by microSteps. This feature helps to form a bond between the preschool and the home environment, one which is nurturing for the child and provides continuity.

Online Preschool Store
Activit-e empowers preschool communities and leverages their consumer-power and fundraising capability by providing an online venue that facilitates targeted ecommerce. A portion of the revenues generated by the online sales go to the preschool.
